Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greets & welcomes guests in the F&B Outlets
  • Escorts the guests to their assigned table
  • Support the service team by handing menus and serving water
  • Anticipates guests’ needs and aims at the ultimate guest satisfaction
  • Communicates with guests to check satisfaction
  • Communicates any complains or issues found to the direct supervisor
  • Keep track of restaurants reservation records in collaboration with the dining reservations

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a customer service position
  • Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
