Duties & Responsibilities
- Greets & welcomes guests in the F&B Outlets
- Escorts the guests to their assigned table
- Support the service team by handing menus and serving water
- Anticipates guests’ needs and aims at the ultimate guest satisfaction
- Communicates with guests to check satisfaction
- Communicates any complains or issues found to the direct supervisor
- Keep track of restaurants reservation records in collaboration with the dining reservations

Requirements
- Professional experience in a customer service position
- Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
