Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service
- Produces cocktails and garnishes according to the brand standards
- Bar stock and inventory management in the area of responsibility
- Anticipates guests’ needs and aims at the ultimate guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the area of responsibility
- Ensuring a smooth transition handover between shifts
- Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Handling end of shift reports and closing in conjunction with the reception

Qualifications
- Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel or bar
- Good knowledge in POS Systems
- Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
- Good knowledge of wines, spirits and mixology techniques
- Diploma of bar school will be considered an asset
