This includes considering party size, requests, and available seating. - Maintaining a Positive Atmosphere - Answering Phones and Inquiries - Managing Reservations, Taking and managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and communication with the kitchen or serving staff. - Handling payments (in some smaller establishments). - Assisting with other tasks as needed (e.g., bussing tables, assisting servers during rush hour).
