Job Description

✅ *Key Responsibilities:*

Concrete Placement and Finishing:

1. Assist in pouring and leveling concrete.

2. Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and equipment.

3. Ensure surface smoothness, texture, and quality.

Concrete Repair and Maintenance:

1. Repair damaged or deteriorated concrete.

2. Apply sealants and coatings.

3. Maintain existing concrete structures.

Safety and Quality:

1. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

2. Conduct site inspections and report hazards.

3. Ensure high-quality workmanship.

Teamwork and Communication:

1. Collaborate with colleagues and subcontractors.

2. Communicate effectively with supervisors and site managers.

3. Provide support for project-related tasks.

✅ *Requirements*

1. 2+ years of concrete finishing experience.

2. Physical fitness and ability to lift 50 pounds.

3. Basic math skills and attention to detail.

4. Familiarity with concrete tools and equipment.
