Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Production Operations:

1. Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment.
2. Operate machinery, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.
3. Monitor production lines, identify issues, and report to supervisors.
4. Perform quality control checks to ensure product standards.

2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
3. Report maintenance needs and equipment issues.
4. Participate in safety training and initiatives.

Teamwork and Communication:

1. Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets.
2. Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and quality control teams.
3. Provide support for production-related tasks and projects.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of production or manufacturing experience.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
4. Basic math skills and attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with manufacturing software and equipment.
