LPG project work: • Fabrication and welding of LPG pipelines, pipe supports, skids, and related steel structures. • Carried out welding on LPG lines with strict adherence to safety procedures, gas-free certification, permit-to-work, and fire-watch requirements. Fire-fighting system work: • Welding and fabrication of fire-fighting pipelines supports, brackets, and structural frames. • Performed fit-up and welding for fire water lines, hydrant lines, sprinkler lines, and deluge systems as per approved drawings and WPS. • Ensured compliance with fire-fighting standards, project specifications, and Qatar Steel safety and quality requirements.

Marine Rudder Fabrication Project • Welding and assembly of marine rudder systems including frames, brackets, stiffeners, and reinforcement plates. • Performed SMAW welding in all positions (1G–6G) with fit-up, grinding, and visual inspection as per WPS. Substation Structural Steel Project • Fabrication and welding of substation steel structures, equipment supports, platforms and handrails. • Installation and welding of cable tray supports, Unistrut systems, and brackets as per approved drawings.

• Performed SMAW welding of pressure vessels, tanks, piping, and boiler components for oil & gas and power plant facilities. • Carried out fit-up, root, fill, and cap passes in accordance with approved WPS and quality requirements. • Worked on Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) projects and major power plants including Doha, Subiya, and Shuaiba Power Plants, following strict safety and QA/QC standards.
