Our duties ang responsibility are all around. Ensuring that the restaurant is ready for opening. We start in making sure that we are full in stocks ,turning the coffee machines on, tables and chairs to be clean and fix all the items that need by our coming customers like tissues, cutlery and seasonings. Taking orders and serving once the orders are ready. We also do closing the bills and all.

Banquet required more long hrs of work so we usually spend atlst 16hrs a day and sometime if needed we stay at the hotel for 24 hrs. We are assign to iys preparations in all the events will be happening in banquets from wedding, company party,Thanksgiving and others. We mostly do.manual work on this fields since it required lefting things alot from different places of the hotel beach,garden,golf corse or function hall. Once the venue is fix we have to ensure that all the things needed to be set up must be ready. From plates, cutlery, glasses,decorations And others.once it all settled we start fixing the tables, placing the table covers and chairs then placing all the plates and cutlery, glasses and decorations. After that we all need to ensure that the buffet tables are ready as well together with the bar counter. And once are set up. We start to do the clearance for the preparation for the event.

It's a fine dining restaurant called MUJU. As a waitress it's my responsibility to check all the items we needed before the restaurant open. Our service stations should be equipped with all the necessities that Our customers might need. Starting from tissues,cutlery, bill cover, food and drinks menu , note pads and pens ,station computers must be ready and check if it works well, clean and and presentable stations and the restaurant it self must be check every corners..then once everything in place we are ready to open foe a day.

As a bar assistant I am tasked to ensure all the items that needed...from its garnished, juices,beers,alcohol, wine, other spirits to be in place before it's operation. I am also part of serving the guest in the counter and mostly I'm assign in a service counter were i am tasked to ensure that the orders for the tables will be made and serve the drinks before it's food to be serve. As a person working inside bar we are also tasked to close it's bills.
